2. Write a prediction of the Learning Focus on page 73.
3. Share responses as a large group.
4. Create a Word Wall that represents our concept of "Change"
5. Turn to 128-134. Model:
- Unpacking Verbs (Circle what you will do)
- Unpacking Nouns (Underline what you must know).
- You may highlight using TWO colors...one for verbs, another for nouns.
Tonight, read through the rest of the EA and mark the text as you read through. Try to figure out what the project is that you'll do at the end of the unit.

6. In your Class Notebook, brainstorm a list of toys or games that you had as a young child and may still have today.
7. On page 74, briefly respond to #1. Then, share in small groups.
